I taught Physical Education and Sports Science in High School for 10 years and wrote the National and International exam papers for Sports Science A-Level (HSC here in Australia).

With continued learning in fitness & training, recovery has always been a primary focus of mine, hence the (poor quality) photo with Kelly Starrett after my Mobility Wod training in 2015.

I completed my Wim Hof Method Certification in 2021 after delays due to the pandemic.

Harnessing the power of breathwork for recovery, boosting the immune system, and releasing stress and tension, I create a workshop experience that will allow you to decompress, let go, and re-balance.
